When Will Perfection Come?

You cannot please everyone
I want to stand firm in faith all the time.
But sometimes, doubts unsettle my balance.

I want to please everyone every time.
But I can only try, I can’t do it obviously?

I want to be all smiles whenever you see me.
But not when sometimes pains sting like bees.

I want to reach out and change the world.
Who do I think I am? Definitely not God!

I want to look young and beautiful forever.
But natural laws are still actively working in me.

I want to get everyone to like me.
Not when ‘hate’ is still a word in the dictionary.

I strive to be better than I am now.
But when will perfection come?

Nicely done, Victor. Fortunately, we have the answer to your question. Perfection will come when Jesus returns and establishes His kingdom on earth. Blessings upon you and your beautiful family.

Perfection will come Victor when our Carnal flesh nature has been put to death and that needs to be now not when Jesus returns, as the Scriptures confirm we will walk as Jesus walks on earth now and it was so in the early Church and is to be the same today, only it is being ignored by the Church and is why God prophesied through the Prophets that the Shepherds will be leading their Sheep astray today and that the Church will be in darkness in the end times meaning without God’s Truth.

1John 4:17-19 Herein is our Love made Perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as He is, so are we in this world. There is no fear in Love; but Perfect Love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made Perfect in Love. We Love Him, because He first Loved us.

Matthew 5:48 Be ye therefore Perfect, even as your Father which is in Heaven is Perfect.

Hebrews 6:1 Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto Perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,

2 Corinthians 7: 1 Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, Perfecting Holiness in the fear of God.

2 Timothy 3:16-17 All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be Perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

2Corinthians 13:11 Finally, brethren, farewell. Be Perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in Peace; and the God of Love and Peace shall be with you.

When we are Perfected in Love Victor we do not continue to sin as shown in the Scripture below, how can we when it is Jesus Christ who lives in us and even if this Truth is ignored, rejected not moderated or even deleted by Carnal man/woman it still stands as God’s Truth.

1 John 3:1-11 (9) No one who is Born of God will continue to Sin, because God’s seed remains in him; he Cannot go on Sinning, because he has been Born of God.

John 8:34-36 Jesus replied, “I tell you the truth, everyone who Sins is a slave to Sin. Now a slave has no permanent place in the family, but a son belongs to it forever. So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.

1John 5 18-20 We know that no one who is Born of God Sins; but He who was Born of God keeps him, and the evil one does not touch him.

1 John 3: 1-11 ( 6-7 ) Whosoever abideth in Him Sinneth not: whosoever Sinneth hath not seen Him, neither known Him. Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth Righteousness is Righteous, even as He is Righteous.

Romans 6:22-23 But now being made free from Sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. For the wages of Sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

1 Peter 2:24 Who His own self bare our Sins in His own body on the tree, that we, being dead to Sins, should live unto Righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.

Romans 6:11 Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto Sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Romans 8:1-4 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

Romans 8 :12-15 Therefore, brothers, we have an obligation—but it is not to the Sinful nature, to live according to it. or if you live according to the Sinful nature, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live, because those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God.

1 John 4:17-19 Herein is our Love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as He is, so are we in this world. There is no fear in Love; but perfect Love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in Love. We Love Him, because He first Loved us.

Daniel 12:10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.

Our spirit man is already perfect. But the body is yet to be fully redeemed.

May be I should ask, putting our carnal flesh to death, what exactly do you mean? Do we have any perfect Christian in the world today?

Do you know every Christian in the World Victor or who has ever lived?

Read the Scriptures above again Victor and you will see that some Christians were indeed Perfect in the early Church, what happened if there are none today, were they not taught how to put the Carnal flesh to death and Aim to be perfected in Love, whose lack is that God or Mans, it is in the Bible which we are to take to heart.

        Blessings – Anne.

No Anne, I don’t know every Christian in the world or who has ever lived. I read the scriptures very well and I believe them too. But it seems so obvious that we are not yet perfect in love or in righteousness as Christ is… physically speaking of course.

But I know that spiritually speaking, we are already like Christ.

Than what does this Scripture tell us Victor, does God use those for His good works who continue in the Carnal flesh, some may think so but what does God tell us.

2 Timothy 2:19-21 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are His. And let every one that nameth the Name of Christ depart from iniquity. But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver but also of wood and of earth and some to honour and some to dishonour. If a man therefore purge himself from these he shall be a vessel unto honour sanctified and meet for the Master’s use and prepared unto every good work.

Romans 8 :12-15 Therefore, brothers we have an obligation but it is not to the Sinful nature to live according to it. or if you live according to the Sinful nature you will die but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body you will live because those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God.

            Blessings Victor.

Dear brother, please allow me to minister God’s word to some of your concerns. Regarding, “I want to please everyone every time,” and “I want to get everyone to like me,” behold the word of the Lord:
“Am I now trying to win the approval of men, or of God? Or am I trying to please men? If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a servant of Christ.” (Gal. 1:10)
“Woe to you when all men speak well of you, for that is how their fathers treated the false prophets.” (Luke 6:26)
“Blessed are you when men hate you, when they exclude you and insult you [as they did Jesus] and reject your name as evil, because of the Son of Man. Rejoice I that day and leap for joy, because great is your reward in heaven. For that is how their fathers treated the prophets.” (Luke 6:22-23)

Please also read these two brief excerpts transcribed from two video segments of a brother in the Lord (pastor Dan Mohler), for I believe you will find them (and similar transcripts like them in the third link) a blessing.

God bless you, dear brother in the Lord! Be encouraged!

Hello again, brother! I have on my heart to relay this: How God sees us is the truth, regardless of what we feel or think – regardless of how others feel or think about us – regardless of what our lives’ circumstances seem to say about us. God’s perspective is the perspective that counts.
In addition to constantly putting off the old man and putting on the new (Eph. 4:22-24) – being perfect as He is perfect (Matt. 5:48) – it is VITAL that we immerse ourselves in His word and spend time alone with Him, listening to the Holy Spirit with Whom we are anointed in Christ Jesus, for THAT is how His grace transforms us. THAT is how we fulfill 1Peter 1:15.
